Sometimes life can hit us pretty hard. It isn't always easy to get back to doing what you should be working on. That has certainly been the case in late 2014 and so far in 2015 for me ... and I apologize.
You haven't heard from me with a regular update in practically a month. Personal issues had to take the forefront for the last couple of months, and my emails have been inconsistent. So has my support, unfortunately.
However, I am determined to fix that, so we have started a whole new support system on all of my sites. Instead of our internal ticketing system, we are now using an email system called HelpScout. It will be a big improvement from the old system.
If you need support, just email support@toptiertraffic.com or reply to one of my emails and it will get logged and monitored in HelpScout.
I have also spent the weekend doing an error sweep across all the sites and installed a new error tracking system as well to deal with those nasty "500 Errors" you see occasionally.
There are other changes coming this fall as I revamp and modernize each of the programs to be ready to power your marketing into 2016!
